A few things to know.
What happens to locations I’m not using yet?
They’re ready for future branches of this business using the same Instagram account. All included locations renew together. You can’t transfer them to someone else, and unused time doesn’t roll over.
How does the £5,000 Extra Love allowance work?
It’s one service-fee allowance per business for the first annual year, shared across your locations. It covers our Extra Love fees. You still choose and pay the advertising budget separately through Meta. Unused allowance ends when the year ends or you leave.
What does the year-long guarantee cover?
With 10 or more locations, you have a whole year to love SuperPulse. Or every penny of your first-year subscription back. Advertising spend and the £1 entry payment are separate. Keep your box, training materials and any certificate you’ve earned. Unused credits end when you receive a refund or leave.
Do I need to choose new areas for my ads?
No. Add your real business addresses when you’re ready. SuperPulse takes care of the local targeting around them.
