Referral terms
Who “we” is. SuperPulse is operated by Huddle Duck Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 11837993. VAT number GB 486 6262 52. Registered address: 22 Ventnor Road, Solihull B92 9BU. These referral terms sit alongside our terms of service.
The deal in one paragraph. You share your personal link. A business that joins through it pays the standard price. Each month they pay us for their locations, we credit you 40% of that location payment, worked out before VAT and after card processing fees, for as long as they stay subscribed and paid up.
Who can refer. Anyone 18 or over with a SuperPulse referral account. You do not need to be a customer. One referral account per person.
What counts. New customers only, attributed by your link at the time they first pay. The 40% applies to location subscription fees. VAT, one-off charges such as the Setup Session, and add-ons such as White Glove Support are not included in the calculation.
When money moves.Earnings are recorded when your referral's payment goes through, become payable 14 days later, and are then sent to your bank through Stripe. You complete Stripe's payout setup once (identity and bank details, on Stripe's own pages) before anything can be paid. Payouts run nightly with a £10 minimum; anything smaller rolls into the next run. Stripe's payout costs come out of your earnings, not on top of them. If your referral's payment is refunded or charged back, the matching earning is removed.
How long it lasts. For as long as the referred business keeps its subscription. If they cancel, earnings stop with their last paid month. If they come back later on their own, the referral does not restart.
How you may share. You share your link yourself. We never contact the person you refer, and nothing lands in their inbox from us. If you send the link electronically, you are responsible for having their permission to contact them. You may not present yourself as SuperPulse, run ads on our brand name, or promise anything about the price or the product that this page does not say.
The boring but fair bit. We can hold or withhold earnings where we see abuse: self-referrals, businesses that share your ownership or billing details, fake businesses, card recycling, or misleading promotion. Where a payment looks like it might be one of those, the earning waits while we check. We can suspend or close referral accounts involved in abuse.
Tax. Earnings are paid to you gross. Whatever tax applies to them is yours to handle.
Changes. We can change the rate or end the scheme for future referrals with 30 days notice. Earnings already recorded stay yours.
The old scheme. The invitation card scheme (a free first month for your mate, a month's credit for you) ended on 11 August 2026. Cards sent before then were honoured until their own expiry date, and credits already earned under it stay on the accounts that earned them.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
